Use AI to support the work

AI can help HR teams organise information, identify patterns, draft routine communications and reduce repetitive administration. Used carefully, that creates more time for conversations and decisions that need a person.

Keep people responsible for outcomes

Employment decisions affect livelihoods and careers. Data can inform those decisions, but it may be incomplete or shaped by past bias. A person should understand the evidence, question the recommendation and remain accountable for the result.

  • Protect confidential employee information.
  • Check outputs for bias and factual errors.
  • Explain when and how AI affects a process.
  • Give people a meaningful route to human review.

Efficiency is not the only measure

The best HR technology should improve the quality, accessibility and fairness of work—not merely make a process faster. Human judgment matters wherever context, dignity and trust are part of the decision.
